Technical Software Support (Namibia)
GoodX is seeking a skilled and dedicated Software Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of our software’s back-end, ensuring seamless installation and optimisation for healthcare professionals. You will also serve as the primary point for onboarding and training clients. You will also handle any further client inquiries and issue resolution, representing GoodX with professionalism and expertise. If you have that knack, apply today!
Purpose:
- Performing software installations and providing client support (system implementation).
- To deal with the management of the day-to-day problems and ensure that critical systems remain operational (DevOps).
- Maintenance, setup and configuration of GoodX systems (software setup).
- Building and maintaining good relationships with clients (client relations).
- Keeping clients informed of new additions to the system (continuous learning/training).
- Training and upskilling new, existing and internal clients on the GoodX software (training).
